Vegetable soup with Cherry and Smoked Brazil Nut
Cut cabbage, carrots, baked beets into thin strips. Fry carrots, green and sour cabbage in vegetable oil, add baked beets, tomatoes, Topinambur syrup, Brazil nuts and cherries. Pour water and when it reaches the boiling point, cook for 20 more minutes over a low heat. Salt to taste.
