Caeser salad
With Smoked Cashew and Avocado Sauce
Rinse the lettuce leaves, spread them over a paper towel and let them air try. Tear the leaves, put them in a bowl and drizzle with the sauce, toss everything and put on a plate. Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut into halves and put on top of the seasoned salad. Cut the crust off the bread and slice into thick pieces. Spray with oil and season with paprika and garlic, bake at 280 F (Fahrenheit) for 7 minutes. Add smoked cashews and rye chips to the salad.
